If We Controlled Your Remote… 2/13/20

Have you ever been at a loss as to what to watch? Too many shows to pick from? We’re here to give you our opinions on what we feel is worth watching. Check it out and then let us know in the comments below what you’re choosing for tonight!

Megan’s Choice

There is a tremendous amount of drama and conflict happening on Station 19, and the season is just beginning! Last week we sadly found out that Ryan died from the gunshot, and Andy has gone into emotional shutdown mode. She demanded to be allowed to work so she could stay busy, but her father was grieving Ryan’s death quite a bit more than Andy, which led him to be extremely concerned about her. This concern led to Pruitt stupidly getting involved in house politics when he asked Sullivan not to make Andy the captain of the house – a decision that is going to have very serious repercussions for the entire team. Maya was named captain after Sullivan let Pruitt’s concern change his mind, and I am not happy. I used to like Maya, but she has become a self-serving back stabber who will step over anyone to reach her goals – even her friends. The team is not going to respond well to her leadership, and she will never have the respect that Andy or Jack has from them. That is a dangerous situation for a firehouse to be in because they need that trust to continue to risk their lives to save others. In the end, I am not sure what will become of the house due to this poor decision on Sullivan’s part.

On tonight’s episode, “House Where Nobody Lives,” Ben and Jack mollify a group of homeless foster and biological siblings so they can help save a life, triggering memories from Jack’s past. Meanwhile, Maya pushes the team too hard and struggles to bring them together; and Pruitt threatens to take drastic action when refused a request.

Find out just how deep this conflict will run tonight on ABC at 8/7c.

I’ll also be watching Grey’s Anatomy, Young Sheldon, Deputy, Katy Keene, Outmatched, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Unicorn, A Million Little Things, Tommy, and Law & Order: SVU.
