Overnight was the complete first season premiere of Connected on Netflix. Science journalist Latif Nasser investigates the surprising and intricate ways in which we are connected to each other, the world and the universe.

Tonight is the series premiere of Fridge Wars on The CW at 8/7c. This culinary competition pits two top chefs against one another with a challenge to create extraordinary meals using only the ingredients taken from the ordinary fridges of families. Host comedian Emma Hunter visits a family’s home and conducts a surprise fridge raid. The competition commences back at the studio where the family’s fridge is recreated for both chefs. Once the clock starts, the chefs have 45 minutes to get dinner on the table — cooking with ingredients they’ve never seen for people they’ve never met! When time’s up, the family takes their place at the dining room table and tastes each meal, scoring them on look, taste and originality — without knowing who cooked what.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Taskmaster on The CW at 9/8c. Greg Davies stars as the fearsome Taskmaster, in this hysterical British import that bears his title. Together with his miniature sidekick Alex Horne they will be putting five contestants through their paces. Iain Stirling, Joe Thomas, Lou Sanders, Paul Sinha, and Sian Gibson take on the hilarious challenges in the hopes of procuring the glorious Golden Head of the Taskmaster (Davies) statue.

Tonight is also the series premiere of The Osbournes Want to Believe on Travel Channel at 10/9c. Jack Osbourne is determined to make his parents, Ozzy and Sharon, full-fledged paranormal believers. They might be known as the first family of darkness, but when it comes to the paranormal, legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, The Talk co-host Sharon Osbourne, are borderline skeptics. Determined to turn them fully to the other side, Jack reunites with Ozzy and Sharon to share the craziest, most jaw-dropping videos of supernatural activity ever caught on camera. From Bigfoot to UFOs, poltergeists, creepy dolls and unexplained apparitions, the couple will review — and critique — each caught-on-camera moment, a compilation of Jack’s favorite pieces of evidence. Not ones to shy away from honesty and humor, there’s no shortage of fun, antics and lively commentary in the Osbourne screening room.

From the comfort of their homes, Foxworthy and a team of experts may visit your state, town or even someone you know to examine a variety of heirlooms, trinkets and treasures to help people determine if they are sitting on a gold mine, or if they are just holding on to items for sentimental value. With objects ranging from pop-culture keepsakes to historical relics and odd mementos, viewers will be surprised by what is uncovered as they hear the personal stories behind these hidden treasures, some of which are equally as impressive as the dollar value that’s revealed.

Risking their own money to bid on and win the best boxes at the best prices, pallets are delivered to their homes for the big reveal. Each group digs through hundreds, sometimes thousands, of items on the hunt for retail gold. Whether it is one box or an entire truckload, these savvy super-flippers scour the Internet searching for their next big money score. With items ranging from everyday store stock to the weird and wacky, this modern-day treasure hunt is filled with surprises as no one, including the buyers themselves, have any idea what will be inside.
