Tonight is the series premiere of America’s Book of Secrets: Special Edition on History Channel at 9/8c. While much of the history of our country is widely available, there is another deeper history lingering in the shadows. Stories and places that have been shrouded in secrecy and hidden from public view…will once again be revealed. Each two-hour episode will give viewers secret access to some of America’s most iconic locations and organizations. Past episodes have gone inside the Pentagon, Area 51, the FBI, and even the White House. Now, it will go deeper, farther, and wider than ever before in an unceasing effort to bring viewers the truth behind today’s all new, shocking headlines.

Magnify that by 11 with triplets on the way and you have the Derricos, who celebrate life and embrace its hurdles and drama with open arms every day. The new kids on the block in TLC’s popular family neighborhood, Karen and Deon Derrico always wanted a large family but never in their wildest dreams expected to be quite so blessed (though multiples are prevalent on both sides of their family)! Karen and Deon use open and honest dialogue when parenting their kids with a modern take and give viewers an unfiltered look into their bustling, sweet and growing family in a series that is all heart.

Overnight last night was the series premiere of the first 3 episodes of Ted Lasso on Apple TV+. This new comedy series comes from Jason Sudeikis (Tournament of Laughs, Saturday Night Live, The Last Man on Earth) & Bill Lawrence (Scrubs, Cougar Town, Ground Floor, Whiskey Cavalier). Sudeikis plays Ted Lasso, a small-time college football coach from Kansas hired to coach a professional soccer team in England, despite having no experience coaching soccer. It also stars Brendan Hunt (Bless This Mess).

Overnight last night was also the complete first season premiere of Teenage Bounty Hunters on Netflix. Twin sisters Sterling (Maddie Phillips) and Blair (Anjelica Bette Fellini) balance teen life at an elite Southern high school with an unlikely new career as butt-kicking bounty hunters. It also stars Virginia Williams (Fairly Legal, Monarch Cove) and Kadeem Hardison (Black Monday, K.C. Undercover, A Different World).

Overnight was also the complete first season premiere of World’s Toughest Race: Eco-Challenge Fiji on Amazon. This 10-episode adventure series, hosted by Bear Grylls and executive produced by Mark Burnett, tells the story of the ultimate expedition race, in which 66 teams from 30 countries race non-stop for 11 days, 24 hours a day, across hundreds of miles of rugged Fijian terrain complete with mountains, jungles and oceans. Filmed last fall in Fiji, the show is a battle to the finish for 330 competitors (who form teams of five, including four racers and an assistant crew member); however, the greatest challenges are not the competing teams, but the unforgiving 671 kilometers of terrain which stands between all those competing and the finish line. Viewers worldwide will see the limits of human physical and mental endurance tested like never before. At its core, the show is about perseverance. People from all walks of life and every corner of the globe join together to overcome the most incredible obstacles. The challenges lie both within the course itself, and competitors’ equally daunting personal struggles, which are only magnified by the demands of the expedition.
