Tonight is the series premiere of Heels on Starz at 9/8c. A story about the men and women who chase their dreams in the world of small town pro wrestling. Set in a close-knit Georgia community, it follows a family-owned wrestling promotion as two brothers and rivals war over their late father’s legacy. In the ring, somebody must play the good guy and somebody must play their nemesis, the heel. But in the real world, those characters can be hard to live up to – or hard to leave behind. Starring Alexander Ludwig (The Hunger Games, VikingsArrow), Mary McCormack, Kelli Berglund, James Harrison, Chris Bauer, Allen Maldonado, and Alison Luff.

Tonight is the 123-minute limited series premiere of Invisible Monsters: Serial Killers in America on A&E at 9/8c. Over six hours, the limited series weaves the stories of five infamous serial killers – Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy, Jeffrey Dahmer, The Green River Killer and BTK – together into a single narrative exploring the perfect storm of what was happening in culture, communications, law enforcement, media, forensics, and technology that allowed them to proliferate and evade capture. Names that still strike fear into the hearts of many, these seemingly normal men developed disturbingly intimate and hands-on approaches to murder that were at odds with their soft-spoken public existence. Most of our public understanding of the modern serial killer comes from the 20 years that all five men were active. We still struggle to reconcile the uncomfortable dichotomy of monsters hiding in plain sight. The stories of these killers and their victims will be told by those closest to them, including exclusive interviews with survivors, investigators, forensic psychologists, prosecutors, and victims’ family members.

Tonight is the Food Network premiere of Battle of the Brothers at 10/9c. In the ultimate case of sibling rivalry, the show pits Bryan and Michael Voltaggio against one another as they each lead a team of aspiring chefs through a culinary gauntlet designed to impart the wisdom earned over a lifetime in the restaurant industry. Only one chef will win the priceless opportunity to take the keys of one of the Voltaggio restaurants in a guest-chef takeover to introduce their own vision and put their name on the map.

Tonight is the 90-minute series premiere of Ben & Jerry’s: Clash of the Cones on Food Network at 9/8c. Six ice cream masters from across the country have been hand-picked for a once in a lifetime opportunity: to create an original Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor of their own. Over four episodes, host Molly Yeh challenges the ice cream makers to capture the essence of a celebrity or pop culture icon in a new and innovative ice cream flavor, inspired by the direction given from the celebrity themselves. In each episode, the competitors use a specially constructed ice cream lab on the Ben & Jerry’s factory grounds in Waterbury, Vermont. After concocting their creations, the competitors hit the streets to have the public vote their favorite flavor, with the winner earning immunity from elimination. Judges Jet and Ali Tila and Ben & Jerry’s Flavor Guru Chris Rivard determine which competitor was the least successful, sending that ice cream maker home and that flavor to the infamous Ben & Jerry’s Flavor Graveyard.
