Tonight is the series premiere of Mysterious Creatures with Forrest Galante on Animal Planet at 9/8c. Wildlife biologist Forrest Galante, along with his wife and zoologist, Jessica Summerfield, travel across the globe from Mozambique to the Pacific Northwest to track down mystifying animals and end any conflicts between humans and these local legends. Forrest’s goal is to solve the riddles behind these animals before they truly become mythological due to extinction.

Overnight was the Discovery+ special, The Men Who Stole the World Cup. The special looks at one the biggest corruption scandals to date in global sports history. The awarding of the 2018 and 2022 World Cups to Russia and Qatar respectively rocked the sports world. The special also analyzes the ensuing drama that saw the fall of top officials in the sport throughout the world.
 
Tonight is the UPtv movie Calling for Love at 7/6c. Successful podcast host Samantha Desouza has a passion for music and an aversion to romance after a recent bad experience. Just when her show is thriving, she is thrown in the deep end by her boss and re-assigned to host Heartwaves, a feel-good love songs show with a segment that reunites lost loves. Despite her initial lack of enthusiasm, her first caller is the charismatic and charming Jake who has a problem she’s determined to help solve. What they didn’t expect was to fall for each other in the process. Now Sam must decide whether to shy away from love again, or to be a little more spontaneous and follow her heart… It stars Karissa Lee Staples & Tajh Bellow.
 
Tonight is the HMM movie Signed, Sealed, Delivered: The Vows We Have Made at 9/8c. As Shane (Kristin Booth) and Oliver (Eric Mabius) prepare for their wedding, they must pause to help a young boy fighting leukemia reunite with his long-lost friend. Their search is complicated by Shane’s mother who arrives with her own plan for their wedding. Meanwhile, Rita (Crystal Lowe) and Norman (Geoff Gustafson) navigate the challenges of trying to start a family, but a new employee in the Dead Letter Office may deliver the answer.
 
Tonight is the Hulu special Out of the Shadows: The Man Behind the Steele Dossier at 12:01AM/11:01PMc. George Stephanopoulos sits down with former MI6 spy Christopher Steele for a worldwide exclusive interview; marking his first interview since the publication of the series of intelligence reports now known as the Steele dossier.

Overnight was the series premiere of Tough Love with Hilary Farr on Discovery+. The new series will showcase the home renovation savvy of popular HGTV interior designer Hilary Farr. Best known for her inspirational design work in the network’s mega-hit series Love It or List It, Hilary will use her invaluable design expertise and life experience to help families with unique challenges renovate their homes to better suit their needs.
 
Tonight is the series premiere of Wakefield on Showtime at 9/8c. Australian drama series Wakefield, starring British actor Rudi Dharmalingam (The Split, In The Shadow of The Moon), is a psychological drama that shines a comedic light on what happens when the sanest individual working in a psych ward begins to lose his grip. The series, which previously aired on Australian Broadcasting Corporation and is inspired by show creator Dunphy’s personal experiences, follows Nik Katira (Dharmalingam) who after years working as psych nurse at Wakefield, is exceptionally good at his job. With a gift for soothing the afflicted and reaching the unreachable, he’s the most stable person in what tends to be a pretty crazy place. But right now, as his own sanity is slipping, the question is…why? Tackling the complexity of mental illness with humor and heart, Wakefield explores the fine line between sanity and madness, powered by an intriguing psychological mystery.

With an original score by award-winning composer, Ben Wexler, audiences can experience the universe’s most breathtaking phenomena like never before.
 
Overnight was the premiere of the feature film Women is Losers on HBO Max. Set in 1960s San Francisco, the plot centers on a once-promising Catholic schoolgirl (Izzo) who sets out to rise above the oppression of poverty and invest in a future for herself that sets new precedents for the time. The film is inspired by real women and the Janis Joplin song of the same title. The film stars Lorenza Izzo, Chrissie Fit, Bryan Craig, Simu Liu, Steven Bauer, Liza Weil, Cranston Johnson, Alessandra Torresani, Shalim Ortiz, and Lincoln Bonilla.

Today is the series premiere of Rachael Ray’s Italian Dream Home on Facebook Watch at 12PM/11AMc. The show follows television personality, celebrity cook and designer Rachael Ray as she realizes her lifelong dream of owning and renovating a forever home in Tuscany, a place that holds special meaning for Rachael and her husband John. It’s been over two years since the two have been able to visit the site, and the anticipation of starting the work on the historic site is building. The restoration of the villa is fraught with challenges, complete with a looming deadline to bring Rachael’s vision for her home to reality: she needs the home to be finished in time for her anniversary party.
 
Tonight is the series premiere of Queens on ABC at 10/9c. Queens follows four women in their 40s who reunite for a chance to recapture their fame and regain the swagger they had in the ’90s when they were legends in the hip-hop world. The series stars Eve as Brianna aka Professor Sex, Naturi Naughton as Jill aka Da Thrill, Nadine Velazquez as Valeria aka Butter Pecan, Taylor Selé as Eric Jones, Pepi Sonuga as Lil Muffin, and Brandy as Naomi aka Xplicit Lyrics.

Overnight was the premiere of the documentary film The Price of Freedom on HBO Max. This is an unflinching look at the gun violence epidemic in America and the role the National Rifle Association, with its outsized political and cultural influence, has played over time. The NRA believes the deaths of innocent Americans are a necessary price to pay for the freedom to own firearms without restrictions. By manipulating the narrative around guns and backing politicians who commit to upholding their agenda, the NRA has cost us far more than we realize. Featuring passionate pleas from President William J. Overnight was the Disney Insider special on Disney+. See the art of Disney animation come to life in the new Cirque du Soleil show, “Drawn to Life.” Go behind the scenes of “Muppets Haunted Mansion” to discover how the Muppets and the Haunted Mansion, inspired by all four of the iconic Disney Haunted Mansion attractions at various Disney theme parks across the globe, came together for the epic Halloween special. But when his passengers reveal their true nature, he must fight to stay alive. Tonight is the 1-hour Joined at the House special on HGTV at 8/7c. With the addition of a toddler, a family of four has run out of room in its two-bedroom home and needs more space fast; Jake and Christin bolt on an extension to create a more functional kitchen and help this couple reclaim some grown-up space.
 
Tonight is a 2-hour “New Season Kickoff Summit” special for Moonshiners on Discovery Channel at 8/7c. Moonshiners is back and the backwoods is booming; for Appalachia’s liquor makers, it’s like the Roaring ’20s again; a boom time for moonshine also comes with a lot more risk.

This special is an immersive chronicle of the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, when thousands of American citizens from across the country gathered in Washington D.C. to protest the results of the 2020 presidential election, many with the intent of disrupting the certification of Joe Biden’s presidency. ‌‌Tightly focused on the facts of the day itself, the documentary features never-before-seen footage and vivid first-hand accounts from lawmakers, staffers, police officers, protesters, and rioters who stormed the Capitol building where the electoral votes were being counted. The film details how the violence quickly escalated, leaving Capitol security forces outnumbered and overwhelmed, and highlights the high-stakes standoff between police and rioters. Four Hours at the Capitol presents an unfiltered look at the insurrection, standing both as an intimate recollection as well as a stark reminder of the wider ramifications of the events of that unprecedented day, which ended with the deaths of five people and more than 140 police officers injured.
