Tonight is the series premiere of Small Town Christmas on UPtv at 9/8c. Hosted by Inside Edition’s national correspondent and best-selling author Megan Alexander, each episode takes viewers to experience Christmas in a different small town around the country. Through food, drink, music, entertainment and faith, we will highlight local businesses and towns that are making Christmas special in their own unique way. Towns include Branson, MO, Bethlehem, PA, and Summerville, SC.
 
Tonight is the series premiere of Mr. A & Mr. M: The Story of A&M Records on Epix at 10/9c. Herb Alpert and Jerry Moss started A&M Records out of a garage in 1962 and built it into one of the most successful independent record labels in history. This two-part documentary series takes an in-depth look at the company’s distinct artist-focused approach, and uncovers how A&M discovered talent while adapting to the ever-changing music industry. With a wealth of rare archival footage and audio-only interviews, Mr. A & Mr. M: The Story of A&M Records will be an immersive experience told by the visionaries who lived it. Featuring the music of The Police, The Carpenters, Joe Cocker, Carole King, and The Go-Go’s among others, and interviews with Peter Frampton, Quincy Jones, Sheryl Crow, Yusuf/Cat Stevens, and more.

Tonight is the holiday movie A Furry Little Christmas on UPtv at 7/6c. A big-city veterinarian falls for a small-town doctor when he sets out to recreate a New York City Christmas in her Vermont hometown. It stars Amie Dasher, Jonathan Stoddard, Kristi McKamie, Pono Say, Teeshay Shah, & Theresa Lang.
 
Tonight is a 1-hour ABC special, Something’s Coming: West Side Story – A Special Edition of 20/20 at 7/6c. A step inside the film “West Side Story,” from director Steven Spielberg, featuring interviews with Spielberg and Rita Moreno; discussions with Puerto Rican actors, artists and journalists on the role this story has had on their lives.
 
Tonight is the holiday movie A Lot Like Christmas on GAC Family at 8/7c. Jessica owns the most popular Christmas tree lot in Hudson Springs, but when big-city marketing executive Clay Moore moves a big box chain store into the area and starts selling trees, Jessica finds her business in jeopardy. It stars Christopher Russell & Maggie Lawson.
 
Tonight is the 2-hour special, Bruce Dickinson: Iron Maiden Frontman, on Reelz at 8/7c. Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson, who’s also an author, a radio show host and a commercial airline pilot; the story of how he’s battled cancer, performed in war town Sarajevo and was an international fencer.
 
Tonight is the holiday movie My Favorite Christmas Melody on Lifetime at 8/7c. Once a promising singer-songwriter, Abby (Mýa) now finds herself writing uninspired jingles for commercials. As she heads home for the holidays, she’s enlisted by the local high school music teacher to help save the school arts program. In the process, Abby rediscovers her voice and regains the confidence to go after her dreams and lets the possibility of love in too. Rainbow Sun Francks also stars.
 
Tonight is the holiday movie Sister Swap: A Hometown Holiday on Hallmark at 8/7c. Jennifer and Meg Swift are sisters who couldn’t be closer despite living in different cities. Jennifer Swift a successful restaurant in Salt Lake City, which she started with her late husband and is raising her teenage son Simon on her own. Jennifer is thrilled when Meg comes to Salt Lake City for a fun Christmas weekend. Meg agrees to stay in the city and help out at the restaurant while Jennifer and Simon return home to Hazelwood for the holiday, where they become wistful for one more Christmas at The Madison – the local movie theater owned by their Uncle Dave. The trouble is the theater is for sale and in need of repairs. With help from Eric, Jennifer’s former high school debate team rival, and the community, they just might pull off one last encore. As she and Eric work together, Jennifer is reminded that new possibilities are both where you least expect them and exactly where you left them. It stars Ashley Williams, Keith Robinson, Kevin Nealon, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, Mark Deklin, & Susan Yeagley.
 
Tonight is the holiday movie The Christmas Thief on ION at 8/7c. Lana Lawton (Michelle Borth, Hawaii Five-0), a fledgling private eye home for the holidays, realizes the only way to save her career is by solving a string of local burglaries where the main suspect is Santa Claus. With little evidence and having to contend with a local detective with an investigative style that clashes with hers, the season may prove to be anything but holly and jolly. Vivica A. Fox co-stars as the head of a local detective agency.
 
Tonight is a 2-hour special, Valley of the Queens: The New Secrets, on Science Channel at 8/7c. Archaeologists explore the secrets of a long-forgotten royal necropolis containing ancient Egypt’s most powerful women, and using cutting-edge tech, they uncover lost tombs and confront the mysteries behind this enigmatic burial site.
 
Tonight is a 1-hour special, The National Christmas Tree Lighting, on CBS at 8:30/7:30c. LL Cool J hosts this celebration of the holiday season with performances by Billy Porter, Chris Stapleton, H.E.R., Juanes, Keb’ Mo’, Kristin Chenoweth, Maren Morris, Patti LaBelle, the U.S. Army Band Downrange and the Howard Gospel Choir.
 
Tonight is a 1-hour special, The 23rd Annual A Home for the Holidays at the Grove, on CBS at 9:30/8:30c. Inspirational stories of lives changed through adoption; performances from Justin Bieber, Kane Brown, Alessia Cara and Darren Criss.

Overnight was the US premiere of the first two episodes of Under the Vines on Acorn TV. Rebecca Gibney (Wanted, Packed to the Rafters, Halifax: Retribution) and Charles Edwards (The Crown, The Terror, Downton Abbey) star as two unlikely city slickers who inherit a failing vineyard in rural New Zealand. Sydney socialite Daisy Munroe (Gibney) heads to Peak View, New Zealand for a vacation at her recently deceased stepfather’s winery, which she intends to sell. Little does she know that the vineyard has a co-owner, grumpy UK-born lawyer, Louis Oakley (Edwards), who also travels to the wine region to escape a spiraling series of unfortunate events in his life. Despite neither having done a hard days’ work in their lives and both despising each other, the two must somehow make Oakley Winery successful so they can sell up, split up and get out. Tonight is the series premiere of Landscapers on HBO at 9/8c. Inspired by real events, the 4-episode series tells a unique love story involving Chris and Susan Edwards (David Thewlis and Olivia Colman), a seemingly ordinary British couple who become the focus of an extraordinary investigation when two dead bodies are discovered in the back garden of a house in Nottingham. Overnight was the Discovery+ special Alaskan Killer Bigfoot. Seventy years ago, a murderous Bigfoot-like creature sent residents fleeing from Portlock, Alaska. Now, an expedition returns to the abandoned fishing village to reclaim the land and its resources from the terrifying beast locals call Nantinaq. The team’s 40-day sojourn in the icy Alaskan wilderness tests their mettle, their faith and their ability to survive.
 
Overnight was the standup comedy special Nicole Byer: BBW (Big Beautiful Weirdo). Karens gone wild. Cat funerals. Trying to hook up during lockdown. Nicole Byer gets delightfully down and dirty in her first Netflix Comedy special.
 
Tonight is the holiday movie Christmas Movie Magic on Lifetime at 8/7c. When entertainment writer Alli Blakeman (Holly Deveaux) is assigned a story covering the anniversary of a classic Christmas movie in the small town where it was filmed, she agrees on the condition that it could lead to a big promotion. When she meets a local theatre owner Brad (Drew Seeley), they unravel the mysterious origins of the movie’s signature song and Alli learns that movie magic isn’t always just on-screen.
 
Tonight is a 90-minute HBO special The Slow Hustle at 8/7c. The death of veteran Detective Sean Suiter sparks new questions of corruption within the Baltimore Police Department. Questions surrounding his death remain unanswered, and some believe the department may be involved.
 
Tonight is the holiday movie A Sisterly Christmas on OWN at 9/8c. Two sisters, one who loves Christmas and everything that comes with it and the other who can be the scroogiest of Scrooges, receive an early Christmas gift: an inheritance that takes them on a once-in-a-lifetime luxury holiday vacation. Their Christmas proves to be more than they bargained for when they run into their childhood rival, now a Broadway star who digs in on these sisters, testing their resolve as women and their bonds of sisterhood. It stars Deborah Joy Winans and Kendrick Cross.
 
Tonight is the 30-minute special, the early viewing of the pilot for the new ABC sitcom Abbott Elementary at 9:30/8:30c. In this workplace comedy, a group of dedicated, passionate teachers – and a slightly tone-deaf principal – are brought together in a Philadelphia public school where, despite the odds stacked against them, they are determined to help their students succeed in life. Though these incredible educators may be outnumbered and underfunded, they love what they do – even if they don’t love the school district’s less-than-stellar attitude toward educating children. It stars Chris Perfetti, Janelle James, Lisa Ann Walter, Quinta Brunson, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Tyler James Williams.
