Tonight is the series premiere Next Level Chef on FOX at 8/7c. Gordon Ramsay is back in the next evolution in cooking competitions. The series features a one-of-a-kind culinary gauntlet — which Ramsay designed — set on an iconic stage like you’ve never seen. Over three stories high, each floor contains a stunningly different kitchen. From the glistening top floor to the challenging bottom of the basement, the ingredients will match the environment, because Ramsay believes the true test of a great chef is not only what they can do in the best of circumstances, but what kind of magic they can create in the worst! With a level playing field, Ramsay has opened up the competition and scoured the country for the very best line cooks, home chefs, social media stars, food truck owners and everything in between, all competing against one another with the goal of finding the food world’s newest superstar. Joined by two elite names in the food world, chefs Nyesha Arrington and Gino D’Acampo, Ramsay and his co-mentors will leave no stone unturned, as they each recruit a group of the talented young chefs, and take them under their wings. Ramsay and his friends will attempt to bring out the very best in their cooks, as they all try to find “the one.”
Tonight is the series premiere Guy’s Chance of a Lifetime on the Food Network at 9/8c. Guy Fieri is expanding his successful restaurant empire and is searching for one talented food entrepreneur to run their own Chicken Guy! franchise. Guy was flooded with applications from all over the country and chose the seven top candidates to participate in the most intense, high stakes job interview they could ever dream of, to become the owner of the newest location of the Chicken Guy! franchise. The candidates must prove they can successfully lead every aspect of the food business, from culinary, to marketing, and to front of house hospitality. Over the course of the six hour-long episodes, there is unexpected drama and a surprising turn of events when one of the candidates breaks under the pressure. Only one will have their destiny changed forever when they win the ultimate chance of lifetime.
Tonight is the series premiere This Came Out of Me on the Discovery Channel at 9:01/8:01c. Working in the Emergency Room is all about rolling with the punches and is not for the squeamish. For the doctors and nurses at the 21 SignatureCare Emergency Center locations throughout Texas, it’s a chance to take on the challenge of helping people with painful, unusual, and sometimes even gruesome emergency cases. In an all-new series that asks the question “how did that get there?” audiences will be guided by fashion model turned ER physician, Dr. Ruby Rose, one of twenty-one medical directors who oversee these freestanding ERs. She will treat us to everyday situations in which things end up in places they just shouldn’t be – from a monster bug getting stuck in a patient’s ear to a piece of concrete getting trapped in a patient’s leg, what goes in must come out!
Tonight is the series premiere Alex vs. America on the Food Network at 10/9c. Alex Guarnaschelli is one of the most accomplished and revered chefs in the culinary arena, having won virtually every battle she has ever competed in. Now, over the course of five weeks, 15 brave chefs from across the United States take their best shot at beating Alex for the ultimate culinary triumph. Hosted by acclaimed chef Eric Adjepong, each episode features three culinary superstars competing over two rounds against one another as well as against Alex. These competitors might hail from different states, but they all share the same mastery of a specific ingredient or dish, one that they have spent endless hours in their own kitchens perfecting and which will now be tested in an effort to take down one of the country’s most formidable chefs.

Tonight is the series premiere of The Cleaning Lady on FOX at 9/8c. This is a thrilling and emotionally driven character drama about a whip-smart Cambodian doctor who comes to the US for a medical treatment to save her ailing son. However, when the system fails and pushes her into hiding, she refuses to be beaten down and marginalized. Instead, she becomes a cleaning lady for the organized crime, using her cunning and intelligence to forge her own path in the criminal underworld. Thony (Elodie Yung, The Hitman’s Bodyguard) had it all: a successful career, a handsome husband, and a child on the way. But when their son, Luca (newcomers Valentino and Sebastien LaSalle), was diagnosed with a rare, life-threatening immunodeficiency disorder, her husband’s own secrets begin to emerge, leaving Thony to save the boy on her own. Now in Las Vegas with her sister-in-law, Fiona (Martha Millan The OA), Thony waits for a matching bone marrow donor for Luca, while struggling to make ends meet as an undocumented worker. Then, through an unexpected connection with the mobster Arman Morales (Adan Canto, Designated Survivor), Thony learns she can now save Luca, even if it means sacrificing her own soul in the process. Crossing into a world of moral grays, Thony begins to live a double life, keeping secrets from her family, while cleaning crime scenes for Arman and dodging the law. Based on the original Argentine series, The Cleaning Lady is a story of empowerment, resilience, and the human spirit that asks us all if the ends justify the means. Also staring is Oliver Hudson as Garrett Miller.

Tonight is the series premiere of Abbott Elementary on ABC at 9/8c. In this workplace comedy, a group of dedicated, passionate teachers – and a slightly tone-deaf principal – are brought together in a Philadelphia public school where, despite the odds stacked against them, they are determined to help their students succeed in life. Though these incredible educators may be outnumbered and underfunded, they love what they do – even if they don’t love the school district’s less-than-stellar attitude toward educating children. It stars Chris Perfetti, Janelle James, Lisa Ann Walter, Quinta Brunson, Sheryl Lee Ralph, & Tyler James.
Tonight is the series premiere of Murder Under the Friday Night Lights on ID at 10/9c. For many small towns across America, a Friday night spent under the blinding lights of the local high school football stadium cheering the home team onto victory is the glue that holds a community together. But, what happens when the Friday night lights shut off and the town’s beloved team finds themselves embroiled in the center of a tragic crime? How does a community so devoted to football reckon with the aftermath – one that may force them to either cope with the devastating loss of one of their own or look at their treasured team and players differently? A new series from ID takes an unflinching look at the shocking and tragic cases of dangerous obsessions, brutal violence and even murder surrounding local high school football teams, tarnishing the sport these communities hold sacred. Featuring cases from across the country, accounts from those who knew these crimes intimately, and gripping archival footage, the series showcases how a tragedy that happens off the field can have ramifications far beyond the championship game. From a football player in a small Texas town terrorizing his team’s cheerleaders to a promising football star gunned down before he could start his freshman season at University of Oregon, this new series gives viewers a first-hand account of tragic crimes that have not only turned the lives of the high school football players on these teams upside down – but have torn entire communities apart. Over the course of six episodes, the series showcases exactly what happens when football is the lifeblood of the town…and real blood is spilled.

Tonight is the series premiere of Ladies Who List: Atlanta on OWN at 9/8c. This is an eight-episode series that will follow six professional Black business women working in real estate — top-producing brokers, high-profile attorneys and luxury agents — and the clients they serve in the Atlanta market while managing their ever-changing work and personal relationships. They may be friends, but business is business.
Tonight is the series premiere of Love During Lockup on WE at 9/8c. The show follows even more riveting firsts through the early stages of love, with plenty of romance, suspicion, and investigation, all long before a scheduled prison release. Every non-con has a unique strategy for finding love behind bars – whether they only seek drug offenders who are believed to be nonviolent, or a prison bae pushing a wrongful conviction. Other lonely civilians are simply on the hunt for their very own “hot felon,” with the model mugshot to prove it. Voracious viewers of the franchise are in for more drama, more mystery, scams, catfishing, and more crazy reveals than ever before. Love During Lockup will document the fascinating drama that unfolds when ordinary people first decide to pursue relationships with prison inmates, and an early dating period filled with a very specific set of unique challenges.
