Tonight is the series premiere of Final Moments on Oxygen at 7/6c, followed by a new episode at 8/7c. From Dick Wolf, the series delves into heart-wrenching crimes by taking a chilling look at victims’ last moments alive.

Tonight is the UPtv movie Run the Race at 7/6c. Zach Truett finds glory on the high school football field — working to earn a college scholarship and a ticket out of town. When a devastating knee injury forces Zach to the sidelines, his brother laces up his cleats to compete in track and field. Starring Tanner Stine, Kristoffer Polaha, Evan Hofer, and Kelsey Reinhardt.
 
Tonight there are 2 1-hour Breaking the Band specials on Reelz. First up is the “Jackson 5” special at 8/7c. With more than 100 million records sold worldwide, the Jackson 5 change the pop landscape, paving the way for the modern boy band and bringing black music to a mainstream audience, but beneath their wholesome, bubble gum image is a dark side. Then it’s the “Prince and the Revolution” special at 9/8c. These talented young musicians storm stadiums nationwide and win the hearts of fans across the globe; as The Revolution reaches legendary heights, Prince’s controlling nature takes hold and disputes begin to shake the once tight-knit group.
 
Tonight is the HMM movie Always Amore at 9/8c. Struggling to keep her late husband’s Italian restaurant afloat, a woman agrees to work with a professional consultant to see if they can turn things around. At first she’s resistant, but as they get closer, she realizes not all change is bad. Starring Tyler Hynes and Autumn Reeser.

Overnight was the series premiere of Harry Wild on Acorn TV, along with a second new episode. Literature professor Harriet “Harry” Wild (Jane Seymour) is adjusting to retirement when she’s mugged. While recovering at the home of her son (Kevin Ryan), a detective in the Dublin police, Harry gleans a clue for his current case. But when she’s rebuffed, Harry decides to solve the crime herself. Recruiting an unlikely young sidekick (Rohan Nedd), she finds a new path as a private investigator.
 
Overnight was the series premiere of Long Slow Exhale on Spectrum, along with two more new episodes. Set in the high-stakes world of women’s college basketball, the series stars Rose Rollins, Josh Lucas and Ian Harding. The drama follows J.C. Abernathy (Rollins), a successful head coach of a competitive women’s college basketball team who finds herself in the middle of a potentially career shattering sexual abuse scandal. As she tries to find the truth among the many secrets she uncovers, she has to make hard decisions that will affect her, her family and the team of female athletes who all rely on her. It also stars Brent Sexton, Famke Janssen, Gabrielle Byndloss, Lyriq Bent, Melissa Saint-Amand, Samantha Bartow, Shalini Bathina, Tony Gonzalez, & more.
 
Tonight is the 2-hour limited series premiere of Benjamin Franklin on PBS at 8/7c. With Peter Coyote narrating, the Ken Burns documentary explores the life and work of one of the most consequential figures in American history – a prolific writer and publisher, a groundbreaking scientist and inventor, a world-renowned diplomat and a signer of both the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution.
 
Tonight is the limited series premiere of The Invisible Pilot on HBO at 9/8c. This is a tale of a charismatic, daredevil husband and father who unexpectedly jumped off a bridge in 1977, despite a seemingly happy home life and a lucrative career as a pilot. His small-town Arkansas community searches for his body in vain while family and friends seek answers. Years later, a mysterious story emerges involving hypnosis, secret identities and a double life of dangerous missions and law-breaking. And that’s just the beginning… This is a labyrinthine story that begins in Hazen, Arkansas and ends up as part of one of the biggest political scandals of our time.
 
Tonight is the series premiere of Mud, Sweat and Beards on USA Network at 11/10c. It’s game on, mother nature! Tonight is the series premiere of BIg Restaurant Bet on Food Network at 10/9c. Chef and restaurateur Geoffrey Zakarian is looking for the next rising star in the restaurant world. He invites eight emerging chefs to his home base in Florida to see who has what it takes to run their own dream restaurant, and there’s a $250,000 investment of his time and expertise on the line. With the help of his wife and business partner, Margaret Zakarian, and his former executive chef Eric Haugen, Geoffrey puts the competing chefs through increasingly grueling challenges, from making their “moneymaker dish” to presenting their restaurant concepts to dealing with unruly customers. He also gets to know each chef on a personal level to choose the right fit for him and his team.

Tonight is a 2-hour special, Bloody Boston: A Mob is Born, on Reelz at 9/8c. When James Whitey Bulger was murdered in prison in 2018, it marked the end of an era in Boston organized crime that dates to the 50s when Bulger was just another thug in the streets of “Southie.”
 
Tonight is a 130-minute HBO special, Tony Hawk: Until the Wheels Come Off, at 9/8c. A wide-ranging, definitive look at Hawk’s life and iconic career, and his relationship with the sport with which he’s been synonymous for decades. Hawk, born in San Diego, Calif., is a pioneer of modern vertical skating and one of the most influential skateboarders of all time. Overnight was the complete first season premiere of Serving the Hamptons on Discovery+. Each summer on the East-end of Long Island, as the Hamptons play home to those looking for an escape from the city, 75 Main Restaurant becomes the epicenter of who’s who. The five hour-long episodes take viewers into one of the most exclusive enclaves in the world, while showcasing all the juicy drama in the lives of the young, sexy restaurant staff at Southampton’s “it” destination for dining, 75 Main, as they hook up, argue, and work together to make sure the clients come back for more.

Loosely inspired by American journalist Jake Adelstein’s non-fiction first-hand account of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police beat, the crime drama series, filmed on location in Tokyo, captures Adelstein’s (played by Ansel Elgort) daily descent into the neon-soaked underbelly of Tokyo in the late ’90s, where nothing and no one is truly what or who they seem. Tonight is the series premiere of Would I Lie to You? on The CW at 8:30/7:30c. Based on the original, hit British series of the same name, this is a hilarious comedy panel show hosted by actor, writer, comedian Aasif Mandvi (Evil) that elevates the “art of lying.” Lightning-quick team captains Matt Walsh (Veep) and Sabrina Jalees (Canada’s Got Talent) lead opposing pairs of celebrity guests who must determine who is sharing facts and who is full of fiction by asking questions and watching body language to determine which stories are outrageous but true, and which are made-up.
