It was a great week of premieres, but they’re far from over! If you’ve been around for any length of time, you know how much I love my Food Network and cooking/baking competition shows. Tonight’s premiere of Halloween Cookie Challenge is going to be no exception, especially given the host!
Jet Tila (LOVE him on shows like Guy’s Grocery Games & Cutthroat Kitchen) and YouTube baker Rosanna Pansino host and judge this new cookie baking competition. Five crafty bakers compete to deliver on the ultimate treat and prove their cookie-making skills by decorating decadent and show-stopping Halloween cookie creations for the ultimate prize: the title of Halloween Cookie Champion!
On tonight’s episode, “Cute, Creepy and Spellbound,†four talented cookie makers swap good and evil with their cute and creepy Halloween cookie characters. Then, the cookiers use their most deviously delicious recipes to craft 3D ancient spell books with the right amount of black magic from ingredients like black cherries, black tea, black sesame seeds and blackberries.
