Tonight is the series premiere of Let the Right One In on Showtime at 10/9c. Led by Demián Bichir (A Better Life), the 10-episode series also stars Anika Noni Rose (Dreamgirls, Power), Grace Gummer (Mr. Robot), Madison Taylor Baez (Selena: The Series), Kevin Carroll (Snowfall), Ian Foreman (Merry Wish-Mas), Jacob Buster (Colony), and Nick Stahl (Fear the Walking Dead). Inspired by the original hit Swedish novel and film, the series centers on Mark (Bichir) and his daughter Eleanor (Baez), whose lives were changed 10 years earlier when she was turned into a vampire. Locked in at age 12, perhaps forever, Eleanor lives a closed-in life, able to go out only at night, while her father does his best to provide her with the human blood she needs to stay alive. With these emotionally charged and terrifying ingredients as a starting point, the series will upend genre expectations, turning a naturalistic lens on human frailty, strength and compassion.

Tonight is the TV movie Infamously in Love on UPtv at 7/6c. A frustratingly micromanaged popstar who dreams of the “ordinary” that life has to offer finds herself torn between her celebrity ex, the machinations of her controlling manager, and a developing romance with a down-to-earth record store owner. Will she gain more autonomy over her life – especially her love life – and start making decisions for herself, or will the celebrity machine be too powerful for her to ever feel even remotely normal? It stars Adam Huss & Jennifer Freeman.

Tonight is the TV movie Mid-Love Crisis on HMM at 9/8c. With her 50th birthday a week away, Mindy (Teri Hatcher), a divorced teacher, finds herself in the throes of a bonafide mid-life crisis. The timing isn’t ideal, as it coincides with a long weekend visit from her daughter Rita (June Laporte) and Rita’s girlfriend Emma (Matreya Scarrwena), who comes along with her uncle Sam (James Tupper)… Mindy’s former high school sweetheart she hasn’t spoken to in over three decades. Her ex-husband Marc (Brian Markinson) gets thrown into the mix at Rita’s request, adding to Mindy’s angst. Between two exes under one roof vying for her affection and trying to talk Rita out of the big 50th birthday party she’s planning, Mindy has a lot to navigate as she learns to embrace her life and discover what she truly wants as she starts the next chapter.

Tonight is the premiere of the feature film Grimcutty on Hulu at 12:01AM/11:01PMc. With her phone taken away and no one who believes her, Asha has to figure out how to get through to her parents and stop the Grimcutty once and for all. It stars Sara Wolfkind, Shannyn Sossamon, Usman Ally, Callan Farris, Brenda Schmid, Joel Ezra Hebner, Kayden Alexander Koshelev, Tate Moore, Nanrisa Lee, Alona Tal, John Ross Bowie, Kristian Flores, Jeff Meacham, Terry Dexter, Shelli Boone, Cole Massie, Mia Pollini, & Christina Miller.

Tonight is the series premiere of The Winchesters on The CW at 8/7c. Before Sam and Dean, there were their parents, John and Mary. Told from the perspective of narrator Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles, Supernatural), this prequel is the epic, untold love story of how John Winchester (Drake Rodger, The In Between) met Mary Campbell (Meg Donnelly, American Housewife) and put it all on the line to not only save their love, but the entire world. When John returns home from fighting in Vietnam, a mysterious encounter sparks a new mission to trace his father’s past. In his journey, he crosses paths with 19-year-old demon hunter Mary, who is also searching for answers after the disappearance of her own father. Together, the two join forces with young hunter-in-training Latika (Nida Khurshid, Station 19) and easygoing hunter Carlos (Jonathan “Jojo” Fleites) to uncover the hidden truths about both their families. Their investigation leads them to a rare book emporium, whose owner Ada (Demetria McKinney, Tyler Perry’s House of Payne) takes an interest to the occult and could provide the missing pieces to their puzzle. But secrets run deep for both the Winchesters and Campbells, and despite the best efforts of John’s mother Millie (Bianca Kajlich, Legacies) to protect her son from pursuing a dangerous life of demon hunting, John and Mary are both determined to work together to uphold their families’ legacies while beginning to form a family of their own.

Tonight is the series premiere of Professionals on The CW at 9/8c. The series follows Vincent Corbo (Tom Welling, Smallville), a top-tier security operative who is paid to protect the interests of rich and powerful clients by any means necessary – legal or not. After a next-gen medical-data satellite explodes on launch, Corbo is hired by the rocket’s designer, billionaire futurist Peter Swann (Brendan Fraser, Trust, The Mummy), who suspects sabotage. Complicating Corbo’s new gig is his former paramour and now Swann’s fiancée, medical visionary Dr. Grace Davila (Elena Anaya, Wonder Woman), who is racing to help stave off a global catastrophe. As Corbo and his team of veteran security professionals investigate the rocket disaster, they expose a lethal conspiracy of Swann’s corporate rivals, corrupt government officials, and a shadowy crime syndicate – all working to destroy Swann and take control of his tech empire. Worse, Corbo must also contend with Swann’s spoiled, troublemaking teen daughter (Jazzara Jaslyn, Lioness) and a rogue Europol agent (Ken Duken, Inglourious Basterds, Counterpart) who is hellbent on busting him for past sins.

A decade later, Lin’s stature as a groundbreaking, cultural icon stands in stark relief to the recent hate crimes against the Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) community. 38 at the Garden recognizes a pivotal moment in time for Lin, and celebrates a phenomenon that was bigger than basketball for the world.
