Since we’re pretty much in the middle of the holiday season, it’s a bit of a mixed bag of TV. There’s a lot on, but most are specials. Still, there are some great things on, so be sure to check the schedule so you don’t miss anything!

Tonight is the TV movie Dial S for Santa on UPtv at 7/6c. When insurance investigator Lana Lawton returns home Christmas her only goal is to spend time with her mom and cheer up her nephew who is upset that his military father won’t make it home for Christmas. When she arrives, however, she discovers that a string of robberies along Main Street has the shop owners scratching their heads over who could have done it. Seeing her chance to earn a big promotion by doing some real P.I. work, Lana puts all of her efforts into trying to solve the case by any means necessary. Now, with Christmas Eve approaching and her suspect list narrowing, Lana must convince Nick, the police chief, to let her help on the investigation. As the pair start spending more and more time together on the case, they begin to see each other as more than co-investigators. Can Lana and Nick solve the case in time for Christmas and will Lana’s lead suspect disappear on Christmas Even with a sleigh full of stolen goods? It may just take a lot of faith and a good bit of Christmas magic for a happily ever after! It stars Sarah Dugdale & Julian Haig.

Tonight is the TV movie Friends & Family Christmas on Hallmark at 8/7c. Daniella has recently moved to New York to pursue an art career and decides to stay in town to share the holidays with her circle of artist friends, instead of going home to see her sweet, if overbearing parents. Amelia is a talented entertainment lawyer trying to stay focused on her work after a broken engagement. When Daniella and Amelia are set up by their parents, they agree to pretend that they are dating, to appease them for the holidays. However, as they spend time in each other’s worlds, they soon build a connection that is deeper than either of them could have hoped for. Starring Humberly Gonzalez and Ali Liebert.
 
Tonight is the TV movie Merry Magic Christmas on Lifetime at 8/7c. As Christmas nears, financial advisor Beth (Patricia Isaac) finds that her fortune is hinting all around her. She starts seeing a recurring number: 624, an angel number that will help make her heart’s secret wish come true. It mysteriously becomes the time she wakes up, how far she bikes and the countdowns she sets. Taking on a pro-bono financial case for the local children’s theatre, Beth meets Nate (Andrew Dunbar), whose financial inexperience may cause the theatre to shut down. The two must work together to raise money for the theatre and possibly find love along the way.

Tonight is the TV movie The Christmas Break on FOX at 8/7c. Tonight is the series premiere of Extended Family on NBC at 8:05/7:05c. Jim and Julia, after an amicable divorce, decide to continue to raise their kids at the family home while taking turns on who gets to stay with them.     yes haha Depends what you consider friday. it’s friday night into saturday so 3 hours into saturday (3am) that it’s on.

    When I list a show at 3:01AM/2:01AMc, it’s on overnight the night before/EARLY the morning of the day I list it. So What If…? premieres overnight Friday night/EARLY Saturday morning. I do it that way because technically, it’s after midnight in the entire United States, so it’s technically on Saturday. Otherwise, trying to figure out when to start the new day of shows would be incredibly frustrating and could change depending on when shows air. So I’ve done it that way since the beginning of the site, way back in like…2007, I think? LOL
