Overnight was the complete first season premiere of Perimeter on BET+. In Atlanta, in the 1990’s a complex web of personal stories unfolds. Paige, a promising Spelman sophomore, veers off her path to success when she falls for a “bad boy” just before the pivotal “Freaknik” event. Adulthood disrupts their lives, pulling Paige, her long-term boyfriend Malcolm, and newcomer Romeo into a series of challenges. Amidst Atlanta’s global Olympic spotlight, eventual mayor Robert Dawn’s rise to power comes at the price of personal sacrifices and moral dilemmas. These interconnected stories set off a transformative chain reaction in the city, echoing Dante’s words: “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.” It stars Ava Mone’t, Donavan Christie, Jr., Evan Gamble, Jalen GIlbert, Jordan Coleman, Malcolm Xavier, Sharon Conley, Shawn Vaughn, Tatyana Ali, & West Montez.

Tonight is the series premiere of The Rise and Fall of the Maya on NGC at 9/8c. Despite decades of research, many mysteries remain about the ancient Maya. Now, archaeologists are unearthing new clues that transform long held ideas about how these people came to dominate vast areas of Mexico and Central America. Through immense lost monuments, ancient inscriptions and new forensic evidence, this series tracks the Maya from their earliest origins all the way to the present day, unlocking the dark secrets of the rise and fall of the Maya.

Tonight is the series premiere of Elsbeth on CBS at 10/9c. The series stars Emmy Award winner Carrie Preston as Elsbeth Tascioni, an astute but unconventional attorney who uses her singular point of view to make unique observations and corner brilliant criminals alongside the NYPD. After leaving her legal career for a new investigative role, Elsbeth finds herself jockeying with NYPD Captain C.W. Wagner (Wendell Pierce). Working alongside Elsbeth is Officer Kaya Blanke (Carra Patterson). Based on the character featured in The Good Wife and The Good Fight.

Tonight is the 2-episode series premiere of The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin on Apple TV+ at 12:01AM/11:01PMc. The comedy-adventure series stars Noel Fielding (The Great British Bake Off) in the titular role as the legendary British highwayman. Dick Turpin sets out on a journey of wildly absurd escapades when he’s made the reluctant leader of a band of outlaws – and tasked with outwitting corrupt lawman and self-appointed thief-taker Jonathan Wilde (Hugh Bonneville). In this irreverent retelling set in the 18th century, Turpin is the most famous but least likely of highway robbers, whose success is defined mostly by his charm, showmanship and great hair. Together with his gang of lovable rogues, Turpin rides the highs and lows of his new endeavors, including a brush with celebrity, all whilst trying to escape the clutches of the thief-taker.
