Tonight is the series premiere of Small Town Potential on HGTV at 9/8c. Charming neighborhoods, idyllic rolling hills and the lush greenery of the Hudson Valley inspire city dwellers to chase a different pace of life. Real estate agent and designer, Davina Thomasula, and her life partner and contractor, Kristin Leitheuser, will help families who are ready to settle down in a cozy upstate New York town find the perfect house to renovate and call home. In each episode, Davina will devise a timeless design plan complemented by the area’s natural surroundings that Kristin will bring to life with the help of her dad and building partner, Don.
Tonight is the series premiere of The Regime on HBO at 9/8c. The darkly comedic, six-episode series starring Kate Winslet tells the story of life within the walls of a modern authoritarian regime as it unravels. After not leaving the palace for quite some time, Chancellor Elena Vernham (Kate Winslet) becomes increasingly paranoid and unstable and turns to a volatile soldier, Herbert Zubak (Matthias Schoenaerts), as an unlikely confidant. As Zubak’s influence over the chancellor grows, Elena’s attempts to expand her power eventually result in the palace and the country fracturing around her.
