I was able to draft an AI prompt that, when fed into ChatGPT, outputs results similar to the ‘this week on tv’ posts. The prompt is below and can be altered based on whatever needs you have. I think it would greatly help to speed up the process of data collection. Additionally, you can ask ChatGPT to output results into tables which can be more easily copy/pasted into Excel.

Generate a list of all cable/network TV and streaming series premieres, finales, specials, and movie releases, as well as theatrical movie releases for the upcoming week (Sunday–Saturday). Looks great. I haven’t tried Gemini but based on my experience with ChatGPT, I would caution everyone to take the AI output and give it a sanity check. For example, running the same prompt twice within as little as 30 seconds resulted in things like valid data being missing from one of the two result sets.
In another example, one result set reported White Lotus as having premiered on a date in April and just a week prior to the season finale. In actuality, White Lotus season 3 premiered in February.
