Saturday is the series premiere of My Paranormal Nightmare on Travel Channel at 10/9c. Paranormal witnesses recount terrifying true tales of violent hauntings that have plagued their nightmares since childhood. Now adults, they go back in time to the horrific encounters with compelling first-person testimonies.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Dr. Havoc’s Diary on Syfy at 12:45AM/11:45PMc, followed by a 2nd at 1:15AM/12:15AMc. A mid-level supervillain having a mid-life crisis battles secret agents, superheroes and his wife.
