The last new episode of Chicago PD was part of the #OneChicago crossover, where Olinsky’s daughter was one of the victims in the warehouse fire started by a guy who was angry at a girl who he felt ignored his attentions. He thought they had something special, but she didn’t really know him. He just friended her on social media. He was wackadoo, and lots of people were killed, including Olinsky’s daughter, who died from her injuries. It was a crazy intense night of episodes and really sad but a great crossover.

Chicago PD is my favorite of the #OneChicago shows, and I’m so glad it’s back tonight. As a Linstead (Lindsay/Halstead) shipper, I am a little nervous about the guest star who starts tonight for a small arc, but the producer’s said that she won’t be a romantic rival for Erin, so I’ll keep my hopes up that they don’t screw up my favorite couple! Also, we haven’t had a lot of time to focus on Adam being back yet, so it’ll be interesting to see how the story line with him and Burgess goes!

On tonight’s episode, “Remember the Devil,” after being tipped off about a woman running barefoot through the woods, Intelligence is led to a kidnapping victim locked up in a shipping container. The bizarre scenario leaves Voight questioning the legitimacy of the case and sends the team on a twisted trail to get to the bottom of it. Meanwhile, a former relationship of Halstead’s comes back into the picture, much to the surprise of Lindsay.

See how the team solves the case tonight on NBC at 10/9c.

I’ll also be watching/DVRing Blindspot, Chopped Junior, Cooks vs. Cons, Criminal Minds, Law & Order: SVU, Major Crimes, & Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders.

We’re down to the final two episodes of Bones (I won’t say EVER, since stuff seems to come back from the Cancellation Zone quite regularly. LOL), and it’s been quite the roller coaster all the way around. Last week was a fun one, like so many of them are. A body crash landed on a car, shocking the driver into going off-road and plowing into a tree, which made the car catch on fire…which didn’t do a whole lot for the body in the windshield! It turned out to be a mattress salesman turned aspiring writer/director who was killed by his second-in-command at the mattress store because he was coming back to work at the store full-time and she was going back to being second, not the one in charge. But the funniest part of the case was the actual movie (a horrible B-movie plot with even worse effects, acting, etc) and the fact that David Faustino (Bud Bundy from Married… with Children) played himself and was the lead in the movie. I love when actors play exaggerated versions of themselves, and he was no exception. Booth put Aubrey in charge of the case, and while he pushed Aubrey throughout, it turned out that he was doing it to test him because the LA field office was interested in Aubrey for a promotion/move to LA. So it looks like FBI Agent James Aubrey will now be FBI Supervisory Special Agent James Aubrey, but he’ll be moving to LA! (On a side note, Booth and Brennan ran into Betty White – or rather, Dr. Mayer, played by Betty White – and learned that she’s retiring because her passion for the work was gone. That got Brennan thinking, and it seemed like we were supposed to think SHE was losing her passion, when in reality, she confronted Wendell about his true passion not being forensic anthropology. He agreed, but that story kind of…fizzled out. Okay, great. So he’s not as passionate about it as Brennan, and maybe the Jeffersonian isn’t where he needs to be. So we’re going to end the series on that note for him?! Damn…)

There’s still so much story left to tell and only two episodes left to tell it. Will the team be able to get Zack set free? Will Cam and Aristoo get married? Will Angela and Hodgins have another baby? How will the series end? With everyone happy and still at the Jeffersonian/FBI? Or will they quit like they did in the past? I’ve seen both episodes and was both happy and unhappy with how it all goes down. I will say, though, that in true Bones fashion, you won’t want to stop watching till the very end!

On tonight’s episode, “The Day in the Life,” Brennan testifies for Zach; Angela reveals some big news; Aubrey and Jessica come to terms about their future; when the team learns Kovac has escaped, Booth rushes to protect those he loves. Cyndi Lauper guest stars.

Don’t miss the penultimate episode tonight on FOX at 9:01/8:01c.

I’ll also be watching/DVRing Trial & Error, Chicago Fire, & Chopped.

Scorpion is a show I watch every week with my 11-year-old daughter. She loves it because I feel like she identifies with the characters. She’s in a program for kids who are advanced for their age, but she definitely struggles with the social aspect of life. When she watches this show, she tells me things like “I get that” and “wow, it’s nice to see people I understand on television.” It may not seem like a big deal to some people, but to her it’s a huge deal. All of that positive connection stuff aside, this show never fails to amuse and still emotionally touch us.

Last episode, the team traveled to the rainforest to find a monkey that may carry the cure to a deadly disease that’s spreading through the area. It turned out that the cure was in the fruit that the monkey ate, which was on a tree that now needed to be protected from the illegal loggers. I was glad it all worked out, but what was really great about the episode was watching Walter at the end. He showed Cabe some true empathy, which made Paige realize that she actually hurt him when she was with Tim. That may be just the turning point we need for her to admit that she is in fact in love with him.

On tonight’s episode, “Broken Wind,” while on a mission to repair a turbine at a wind farm, Team Scorpion must race to save Paige and Happy before the cable holding the gondola they are in snaps and sends them plummeting to the ground.

To see if the team can save them before it’s too late, tune in to CBS at 10/9c.

I’ll also be watching 24: Legacy, Man With a Plan, The Voice, Kevin Can Wait, APB, and Taken.

Tonight, AMC’s martial arts drama, Into the Badlands, returns for its second season. As the first season came to a close, Sunny had become close with MK and didn’t want to kill the “Dark One,” so he tried to pass off another severed head as proof of death to the River King to get passage out of the Badlands. Elsewhere, Veil had been captured by the Widow, who was forcing her to tend to her wounds from an earlier battle with Sunny. At the same time, Quinn chained Sunny in the dungeon under the suspicion that he was the traitor to his father. As Quinn took MK to a brothel, they quickly realized that it was a trap – Jacoby was waiting to kill the boy, and so Quinn sliced the boy’s hand with his sword in order to activate his blood rage. While they were fighting, Sunny showed up and stabbed and seemingly killed Quinn. But the main event that was going on at the same time was interrupted when the Brothers showed up with their glowing fists, and they easily took charge of the waking up a prisoner on a boat heading to who-knows-where.

I ended up really enjoying the short first season of this series. It provided both interesting characters and drama as well as some great fight scenes. I’m looking forward to seeing where the story goes in the second season and how they bring this group back together. Where is Sunny headed? Will Veil realize her love has been kidnapped and try to rescue him? What do the Brothers want with MK? Do they just want to train him and help him control his powers, or do they have more sinister motives? Is Quinn dead, and if so, who will become the new Baron? And will the Widow stop looking for MK?

On tonight’s premiere, “Tiger Pushes Mountain,” Sunny finds a new foe, as well as a new, unexpected ally. Meanwhile, MK learns about his gift in a mysterious place.

If you missed the first season, AMC is airing a marathon of all six episodes today, which started at 9:30am ET/PT. Otherwise, tune in tonight for the new episode at 10:05/9:05c.

I’ll also be watching/recording Time After Time, American Crime, Madam Secretary, Bob’s Burgers, The Simpsons, Making History, Family Guy, The Last Man on Earth, The Walking Dead, Feud: Bette and Joan, Big Little Lies, and Crashing.

Sleepy Hollow is starting to weave the story that will lead us to what truly evil plan Dreyfuss has planned. We’ve seen that Dreyfuss is incredibly crazy and believes in creating a new world, but now we’re learning that he’s trying to reassemble the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. I’m not sure if they are going to be able to stop this man before it’s too late, but if anyone can, it’s this new team. Crane, Jenny, and Diana all work great together. Add Alex, Jake, and Molly, and we may just have a winning combination. Speaking of Alex and Jake… I’m glad the writers have decided to have Alex realize her feelings for Jake now so that we can work towards them becoming a couple. They would be adorable as an official couple.

On tonight’s episode, “The Way of the Guns,” when a mysterious woman finds her way into the vault, the team struggles to understand who she is and with whom her allegiances lie. Meanwhile, Alex must come to terms with her complicated feelings when she finds herself in a tight spot. Can Team Witness handle what might be revealed?

Find out tonight on FOX at 9/8c.

I’ll also be watching Grimm.
