Tonight, the original The Walking Dead returns for the start of its sixth season. When we last left off, the folks at Alexandria finally got the wake-up call they needed after Father Gabriel stupidly (and intentionally) left the gates open. There was also a tense moment in the season finale where Nicholas tried to kill Glenn, who somehow miraculously survived. Meanwhile, Morgan showed up in time to save Daryl and Aaron, who had been snared in the Wolves’ trap. Morgan and the others arrived back in town just in time to see Rick execute Pete for killing Deanna’s husband. And Michonne took her sword back down from the wall, realizing that there would be no rest for them.
Why hasn’t anyone killed the annoying Father Gabriel yet?! If he wants to kill himself, he should just go ahead and do it and not make everyone else pay for his own feelings of guilt! How are things at Alexandra going to change with these latest events, and what will Morgan think of the new Rick? And will Rick and his crew be able to whip the folks of Alexandria into shape so they will they be ready when the murderous forehead-carving “Wolves” ultimately find their way to this town?
On tonight’s 90-minute premiere, “First Time Again,” Rick and the group continue to have trouble assimilating into Alexandria; and a new threat could bring them closer together or drive them further apart.
Find out the new threat tonight on AMC at 9/8c.
I’ll also be watching/recording Madam Secretary, The Good Wife, Once Upon a Time, Quantico, Bob’s Burgers, The Simpsons, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Family Guy, The Last Man on Earth, Talking Dead, The Leftovers, Project Greenlight, and Homeland.

When we last saw Bones, Brennan was pregnant with baby #2, she and Booth decided to quit the Jeffersonian & FBI, and Angela and Hodgins had decided to stay. Obviously Brennan and Booth leaving the FBI & Jeffersonian won’t stick – it wouldn’t be even remotely the same show if it did. But at this point, we don’t know how or why they come back. Well, I know… I’ve seen the first two episodes of the season. When the season starts, time has jumped forward six months. Brennan, Booth, and Christine have been joined by the new little boy in their family. Arastoo has taken over Brennan’s spot temporarily while Cam looks to hire someone permanently. And Aubrey is doing well at the FBI – although Booth isn’t completely gone; he’s simply teaching courses, rather than working in the field, as we’ll learn in the coming episodes. The season starts out with a bang, so don’t miss it!
On tonight’s episode, “The Loyalty in the Lie,†six months after starting a new life with her family, Brennan becomes interested in a case to which she has personal ties; an FBI investigation begins when Booth goes missing. Kim Raver & Dilshad Vadsaria guest star.
See what ties Brennan has with the case and why Booth goes missing tonight on FOX at 8/7c.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing Heroes Reborn, Beat Bobby Flay, The Player, & Geeks Who Drink.

I’m excited for tonight’s premiere of Grandfathered on FOX. John Stamos is back on TV in the role of successful restaurateur and ladies’ man Jimmy Martino. He’s suave, handsome, and loves living the life of a popular bachelor…until a young man shows up out of the blue at his restaurant, claims he’s Jimmy’s son, and then introduces Jimmy to his daughter – Jimmy’s granddaughter – Edie. First Jimmy has to decide if he’ll actually let his son and granddaughter into his life, and then he has to learn how to become someone less selfish with a family.
I’ve seen tonight’s pilot and really enjoyed it. Stamos is a lot of fun (and still as sexy as ever), and Josh Peck is great as Gerald, Jimmy’s son. And I loved seeing Paget Brewster (from Criminal Minds) as Gerald’s mother.
On tonight’s episode, “Pilot,†a successful bachelor named Jimmy is shocked when he finds out that not only does he have an adult son, but also a granddaughter.
Meet Jimmy, Gerald, & Edie tonight on FOX at 8/7c.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing NCIS, The Grinder, NCIS: NOLA, Chopped, Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris, & Limitless.

Last week was the season premiere of NCIS: LA, still one of my favorite shows, seven seasons in. The episode was almost all about Callen, which I’m kind of getting tired of. Don’t get me wrong… I love him. But isn’t it time to focus on one of the other members of the team? Kensi, Deeks, and Sam all have stories to tell too! But back to Callen… He was searching for Arkady, who we last saw in the season finale, after he’d been shot and the team had to leave him in the parking garage. To do that, Callen was lone-wolfing it, trying to do it all alone, and the others weren’t happy about it – especially Granger and Hetty. In the end, it all calmed down, and while Callen is still looking for Arkady, he’s not going to be going it alone as much. In addition to that, we got to hear the first (to us) “I love youâ€s from Kensi and Deeks, and Anatoli Kirkin was back to embarrass Deeks every time he mentioned the naked bath from last season.
This should be another good episode for fans of Deeks and Densi shippers, as we get to meet Deeks’s mom! And with Talia back, it should be fun!
On tonight’s episode, “Citadel,†DEA Agent Talia Del Campo (Mercedes Mason)
turns to the team for help after her partner is murdered. Also, after Kensi grows suspicious that Deeks is hiding something, he surprises her by introducing her to his mother (Pamela Reed).
Meet Deeks’s mom and see if the team can solve the murder and keep Talia safe tonight on CBS at 9:59/8:59c.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing The Big Bang Theory, Penn & Teller: Fool Us, Rachael Ray’s Kids Cook-Off, Life in Pieces, Minority Report, Scorpion, Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Blindspot, & Castle.
