Last week’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine was a lot of fun. I love seeing Jake work closely with Holt. And of course, throw Charles into the mix, and his bromance with Jake is always funny. Jake was positive from the beginning that the man’s murder had to do with the 21-million that had been stolen years before. In the end, he had the wrong bad guy pegged as the killer, but the motive was correct, and they caught the killer and recovered the money. Of course, that was what Madeline Wuntch wanted, as it gave her the excuse to “promote†Holt to head of the Public Relations Department — perfect for someone with Captain Holt’s effusive personality. *snort* In the B story, Rosa, Amy, & Gina helped Terry when a class from the magnet school Terry was trying to get his twins into came and visited the precinct. Although it didn’t go as smoothly as they would’ve liked, in the end, the kids learned a lot and Terry’s twins got off the wait list for the magnet school preschool.
Questions going into tonight’s season finale: Will we get any progress on the Jake/Amy front? Will Captain Holt’s “promotion†stick? I’ve seen tonight’s episode, and I could answer those for you, but I won’t. 😉 I will say it’s another great ep, so don’t miss it!
On tonight’s episode, “Johnny and Dora,†Jake and Amy go undercover to catch Brooklyn’s most notorious identity thief, and the case brings them closer together — very close. Meanwhile, the entire precinct is caught off-guard when one of their own says goodbye to the Nine-Nine. Kyra Sedgwick & Nick Cannon guest star.
To see what happens with Jake & Amy as well as who says goodbye, tune in to FOX at 8:30/7:30c.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing Guy’s Grocery Games, Spring Baking Championship, & Cutthroat Kitchen.
