Tonight is also the TV movie A Chance in the World on Bounce TV at 9/8c. The true, inspiring and unbelievable story of Steve Pemberton (Terrell Ransom, Jr.), an orphaned boy who endures the abuse of his foster parents (Kelly Owens, Lawrence-Hilton Jacobs) and siblings. While searching for his biological family, he meets a caring teacher (Tom Sizemore) who will change the course of his life.

Saturday is a new episode of Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation on History Channel at 9/8c, followed by the season finale at 10/9c.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Love in the Time of Corona on Freeform at 8/7c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 8:30/7:30c. Filmed using remote technologies and shot in the cast’s actual homes, this four-part, limited series follows four interwoven stories about the hopeful search for love and connection during this time of quarantine, from the early days of the stay-at-home order through the events that ignited the worldwide Black Lives Matter protests. James and Sade, a married couple who have been living somewhat separate lives, are forced back under the same roof after the pandemic puts James’ work travel to a halt. With headlines mounting, they begin to reevaluate their family’s priorities. Roommates Oscar and Elle’s mostly platonic friendship becomes increasingly complicated with the uncertainty of the pandemic as they wonder if they can find love under one roof. Paul and Sarah put up a “happy couple” facade for their daughter Sophie’s sake when the pandemic sends her home from college, although unbeknownst to her, they have separated. Nanda, a headstrong woman whose husband is unable to return home from his rehab facility, is determined to celebrate her fiftieth wedding anniversary. It stars Ava Bellows, Charlie Robinson, Gil Bellows, L. Scott Caldwell, Leslie Odom Jr, Nicolette Robinson, Rainey Qualley, Rya Kihlstedt, & Tommy Dorfman.

Tonight is the 1-hour “A Mad Mad Summer” special for Alaskan Bush People on Discovery Channel at 8/7c. The summer months explode on the Wolfpack’s 400-acre property as it’s transformed from a working ranch to a sprawling homestead. Saturday is the season finales of Nickelodeon’s Unfiltered on Nick at 8:05/7:05c & The unXplained on History Channel at 9/8c.

Tonight is also the 1-hour special, Sharks of Ghost Island, on Discovery Channel at 8/7c. On the edge of the Bermuda Triangle lies Ghost Island, a place locals have abandoned after multiple shipwrecks and shark attacks; Dr. Craig O’Connell and a team of experts try to learn why this island attracts so many sharks, even the great white.
 
Following that is the 1-hour special, Wicked Sharks, also on Discovery Channel at 9/8c. The number of great white shark encounters around Cape Cod has spiked; shark expert Dr. Greg Skomal breaks out cutting-edge tech to capture the white shark’s point-of-view; revealing exactly how and where they hunt in the summer.
 
Tonight is also the TV movie, Wedding Every Weekend, on Hallmark Channel at 9/8c. Nate (Paul Campbell, Battlestar Galactica, Knight Rider) and Brooke (Kimberley Sustad) are going to the same four weddings, four weekends in a row. To avoid the singles tables and set-ups, they agree to go together as “wedding buddies.” But what starts as a friendship soon becomes something deeper.
 
Tonight is also the 1-hour special, Sharks Gone Wild 3, on Discovery Channel at 10/9c. The special reviews everything from viral videos and the biggest news stories to the latest in cutting-edge shark science.
 
Finally, tonight is the 1-hour special, I Was Prey: Terrors from the Deep, on Discovery Channel at 11/10c. A California surfer, a Canadian thrill-seeker, an Alabama football coach, and a mother from North Carolina reveal how they each came face-to-face with the ocean’s top predator and lived to tell their stories.
