Tonight is the series premiere of Adam Eats the 80s on the History Channel at 10/9c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 10:30/9:30c. From Smurf Berry Crunch to Dr. Pepper gum, the 80s was one helluva good decade when it comes to food. Now, Adam Richman will hit the road on a quest to relive his favorite decade, one delicious bite at a time. From factories that have been churning out our favorite snacks for over four decades, to hole-in-the-wall joints where iconic dishes were invented, to quirky collectors who still have a complete set of Happy Meal boxes, Adam will do what he does best: interact with people, bring passion to what he’s learning, and literally devour all things 80s. From unboxing forgotten favorites, to tracking down rarities now worth a fortune, to saluting the birth of icons, Adam will go back in time to celebrate the most iconic foods and brands of the decade. So, get ready to feel the nostalgia because we have ten delicious years of food and drink to explore as…Adam Eats the 80s.

Tonight is the series premiere of Ruby and the Well on BYUtv at 9/8c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 9:45/8:45c. Ruby and the Well is a family drama that follows the adventures of 14-year-old Ruby O’Reilly as she tries to grant wishes for the residents of the hard-luck rural town of Emerald. On each episode, newcomer Ruby is summoned to a magic wishing well on her dad’s property and given a series of mysterious visions that correspond to one of the townsfolk’s innermost hopes and dreams. As the newest “keeper” of this magic well, Ruby and new best friends Mina Amani and Sam Price must use smarts and determination to decipher the cryptic clues and “solve” the wish, all while keeping their heroic activities secret from the rest of the town. It takes hard work, a lot of focus and a little luck, but little by little, the weary hearts and broken spirits of the locals are restored, and the newly inspired town starts to pull together and prosper. Starring Dylan Kingwell, Joel Oulette, Kristopher Turner, Lina Sennia, Nobahar Dadui, Paula Boudreau and Zoe Wiesenthal.

Tonight is the series premiere of Super Pumped: The Battle for Uber on Showtime at 10/9c. The first installment of a new anthology series, starring Emmy(R) winner Joseph Gordon-Levitt (The Trial of the Chicago 7), Emmy winner Kyle Chandler (Bloodline, Friday Night Lights) and Oscar(R) and Emmy nominee Uma Thurman (Kill Bill, Pulp Fiction), the first season is based on Mike Isaac’s bestselling book Super Pumped: The Battle for Uber. Brian Koppelman and David Levien (BILLIONS, Rounders) and Beth Schacter (Soundtrack) executive produce, write and serve as showrunners on the series. Super Pumped: The Battle for Uber tells the story of one of Silicon Valley’s most successful and most destructive unicorns, Uber. The season pivots on Travis Kalanick (Gordon-Levitt), Uber’s hard-charging CEO who was ultimately ousted in a boardroom coup, and his sometimes tumultuous relationship with his mentor Bill Gurley (Chandler), the plainspoken, brilliant Texan venture capitalist who bets his sterling reputation on Uber’s success – and then has to live with the consequences. Thurman stars as Arianna Huffington, the savvy businesswoman and co-founder of The Huffington Post, who was an Uber board member. The Showtime series will depict the roller-coaster ride of the upstart transportation company, embodying the highs and lows of Silicon Valley. Even amid the radical upheaval generated within the global tech capital, Uber stands out as both a marvel and a cautionary tale, featuring internal and external battles that ripple with unpredictable consequences. The series also stars Elisabeth Shue (Leaving Las Vegas), Kerry Bishé (Halt and Catch Fire, Penny Dreadful: City of Angels), Jon Bass (Miracle Workers), Bridget Gao Hollitt (Home and Away) and Babak Tafti (Succession).

She sets out to shut down his venture, inciting a quickly escalating rivalry. But Carole has a checkered past of her own and when the claws come out, Joe will stop at nothing to expose what he sees as her hypocrisy. The results prove dangerous. Starring John Cameron Mitchell, Kate McKinnon, and Kyle MacLachlan.

Overnight was the first three episodes of Our Flag Means Death on HBO Max. This is a unique new comedy (very) loosely based on the true adventures of 18th century would-be pirate, Stede Bonnet, played by Rhys Darby. After trading in the seemingly charmed life of a gentleman for one of a swashbuckling buccaneer, Stede becomes captain of the pirate ship Revenge. Struggling to earn the respect of his potentially mutinous crew, Stede’s fortunes change after a fateful run-in with the infamous Captain Blackbeard, played by Waititi. Stede and crew attempt to get their ship together and survive life on the high seas.

Overnight was the complete first season premiere of The Tourist on HBO Max. Jamie Dornan stars as a British man who finds himself in the glowing red heart of the Australian outback being pursued by a vast tank truck trying to drive him off the road. Jon is a businessman who believes it is all about creating an overall dining experience that makes for a successful restaurant. In each hour-long episode of Restaurant Rivals, Jon and Robert put their guiding principles to the test, using their trademark combination of tough love and sharp business acumen to help a pair of struggling restaurant owners back to profitability. With the flip of a coin, Robert and Jon pick which restaurant they will make-over. Their mission: create a new menu and make improvements to the restaurant and staff within 24 hours before a head-to-head dining service determines the winner. Each restaurant is judged on select criteria by a group of guests dining at both establishments, including quality of food, atmosphere, and service.
