Tonight is the series premiere of Someone They Knew…with Tamron Hall on Court TV at 8/7c. Hosted by Daytime Emmy Award-winning TV Host, Journalist and Author Tamron Hall, this new weekly true-crime series will follow the path from victim to verdict and will explore how when it comes to murder, it is rare for there to be no prior connection between the killer and the deceased. No voice-overs, no reporters, and no correspondents, the stories are told from the point of view of the people impacted by the case, including the lawyers, jurors, members of law enforcement and the victim’s family and friends. Utilizing new interviews, archival footage and re-creations of the crime, the goal of each episode is an unbiased 360-degree balanced story.

Tonight is the series premiere of The Courtship on NBC at 8/7c. A heroine looking for her duke will sign up for the ultimate social experiment in romance. Transported to a Regency-style England, a group of eligible hopeful suitors will have to win the heart of our heroine, and her court. Housed in a castle on the countryside, set on a beautiful backdrop of rolling hills, the heroine and suitors will experience that with which dreams are made. From carriage rides and boat rides on the lake to archery and handwritten letters to communicate, they will be immersed in a time-traveling quest for love. In the end, our heroine and her suitors will discover if the ultimate romantic experience will find them true love. Hosted by Rick Edwards.

Tonight is the series premiere of Kandi & The Gang on Bravo at 9/8c. In the heart of the city, Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker run an ever-evolving restaurant empire. Their Southern-eatery, OLG, named after the ‘Old Lady Gang’ consisting of Kandi’s mom, Mama Joyce, and Aunts Nora and Bertha, is busier than ever. The restaurant has been a fan-favorite with lines down the block and classic Southern dishes, but peeling back the curtains on this family-owned and operated restaurant reveals that mixing business and relatives can sometimes create a recipe for tension.

Tonight is the series premiere of Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty on HBO at 9/8c. A fast-break series about the professional and personal lives of the 1980s Los Angeles Lakers, one of sports’ most revered and dominant dynasties – a team that defined an era, both on and off the court. The ensemble cast includes: John C. Reilly, Jason Clarke, Adrien Brody, Quincy Isaiah, Sally Field, and Jason Segel, among many others.

Tonight is the series premiere of Shining Vale on Starz at 10:21/9:21c, followed by a new episode at 10:50/9:50c. Pat and Terry Phelps (Courteney Cox and Greg Kinnear) cash in their life savings and move from a cramped apartment in Brooklyn, to an old Victorian mansion in Shining Vale, Connecticut as a last-ditch effort to save their marriage after Pat’s torrid affair with Frank, their young hot handyman who came over to fix the sink while Terry was at work. To make matters worse for Terry, Frank never fixed the sink, yet still charged him for it! A former “wild child” who rose to fame by writing a raunchy, drug-and-alcohol-soaked women’s empowerment novel (a.k.a. lady porn), Pat is now clean and sober 17 years later but totally unfulfilled. She still hasn’t written her second novel, she can’t remember the last time she had sex with her husband, while her teenage kids, Gaynor (Gus Birney) and Jake (Dylan Gage) want nothing to do with her. Moving to smalltown Connecticut, Gaynor and Jake, are pissed and as disconnected as you can get. Terry tries to unite the family, but the pushback is real. Pat is losing what little handle she’s had on the kids, Gaynor wants Pat dead, and Jake has become a zombie from his addiction to screens, while Terry is too consumed with moving on to see that Pat is losing a grip on herself as well. Buying a 200-year-old house that was on the market for almost three years and sold for more than $250K below asking seemed like a good idea on paper, but Pat senses that the Phelps are not alone; especially when an old-fashioned-looking woman appears hovering outside their family room window. The Phelps quickly learn why the agents were so motivated to sell the house for a fraction of the asking price. Seems a few details were glossed over, including a triple murder-suicide and a host of other atrocities they neglected to mention. But neither Terry nor the kids seem to notice that something is horribly wrong with the house; only Pat can see things move and hear the bumps in the night. Convinced she’s either depressed or possessed – turns out the symptoms are exactly the same – she’s also the only one who sees the spirit of the person who committed these murders: Rosemary, a Fifties housewife who may or may not be trying to take over Pat’s body. Everyone has their demons, but for Pat Phelps, they may be real.

Through her work she has learned that people may not always tell the truth, but the forensic evidence never lies. In a gripping new ID series, Burroughs revisits controversial and shocking murder cases from across the country, taking a fresh look at the forensic evidence with the hope to bring more clarity to these complex crimes and closure to those the victims left behind. Throughout the six episode series, Burroughs investigates the evidence in some truly baffling murder cases ranging from a deadly fall from a balcony that turns out to be even more twisted than initially thought, to the case of the unexpected death of a young college student that was believed to be closed. From the unknown to the sensational, Burroughs uses her years of training to see the clues and uncover the mysteries that only an expert C.S.I. could catch, while also having emotional, and sometimes tense, conversations with both the victim’s loved ones, and, at times, even the suspected or convicted perpetrator to understand more about the case. With every case, Burroughs brings not only her forensic expertise, but a compassionate and empathetic understanding of the lingering trauma these cases can have on the family members and loved ones – even after a verdict has been delivered. In each episode, Burroughs hopes to resolve any lingering misconceptions or mysteries around these agonizing crimes.

Tonight is the series premiere of Bee Czar on Discovery Channel at 10:15/9:15c. In the heart of Texas, “Bee Czar” Walter Schumacher is saving the world one hive at a time – and he does it without wearing a protective bee suit. His technique? He “communicates” with the bees to avoid being stung. Walter and his team at the American Honey Bee Protection Agency rescue hives from places they’re unwanted – whether inside the walls of a house or 30 feet up in a neighborhood tree – and relocate the hives where the bees can thrive and pollinate in peace. Walter Schumacher, A.K.A. “Bee Czar,” is on a mission to save the world, one bee at a time. According to Walter, every third bite of food we eat was pollinated by a honeybee; without bees, life as we know it would cease to exist. But saving bees costs money, and to make money, you’ve got to sell honey! Not so long ago, Walter’s business was booming with more than $1 million in yearly sales. But after losing everything in the pandemic, Walter must rebuild his honey business from the ground up so he can afford to rescue unwanted hives for donations. With his oldest son Will and a small but dedicated team, Walter has a plan to transform their old family farm into their new headquarters, save more bees and sell more honey than ever before. Bee Czar brings audiences into the hive as Walter trains rookie bee wranglers to safely handle millions of bees and Will aims to land big contracts selling honey to businesses like restaurants and distilleries – all while tackling tough and dangerous hive rescues in unforgettable locations, from a moldering couch to a church rooftop to a buzzing shed at a renaissance fair.

Overnight was the complete first season premiere of Bust Down on Peacock. Bust Down stars Jak Knight, Langston Kerman, Sam Jay and Chris Redd as four casino employees living dead-end lives with dead-end jobs in middle America, and the massive mess they manage to make out of it.

Overnight was the series premiere of That Dirty Black Bag on AMC+. Featuring an all-star ensemble cast led by Dominic Cooper (Preacher, Spy City) and Douglas Booth (The Dirt, Loving Vincent), with Niv Sultan (Tehran), Guido Caprino (The Miracle), Christian Cooke (The Promise, Ordeal by Innocence), Travis Fimmel (Vikings, Raised by Wolves) and Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones, Kin) That Dirty Black Bag is a raw, epic and romantic series about the dark side of the Far West. The story describes the 8-day clash between Arthur McCoy, played by Dominic Cooper, an incorruptible sheriff with a troubled past, and Red Bill, played by Douglas Booth, an infamous, solitary bounty hunter known for decapitating his victims and stuffing their heads into a dirty black bag, because, as he puts it, “Heads weigh less than bodies.” The drama echoes and pays homage to the classic spaghetti western, capturing the genre’s legendary irony while revolutionizing it in a modern way for new audiences. The series tells of bounty hunters, bandits and bloody vendettas, lonely souls driven by such great passions as faith, love and revenge. In the world of That Dirty Black Bag, there are no heroes, nobody is invincible, and predators become the prey.

Overnight was the series premiere of Theodosia on HBO Max. Set in 1906, the series centers on Theo as she gathers an eclectic team that includes her younger brother Henry, along with friends Will and Egyptian Princess, Safiya, to fight a powerful secret society bent on destroying the world with ancient Egyptian dark magic. Theodosia follows 14-year-old Theodosia Throckmorton, aka Theo, a smart, witty, supernaturally gifted teen girl who just wants to fit in and have a normal life. Theo’s life is anything but normal though. The daughter of two intrepid Egyptologists excavating in the Valley of the Kings, Theo lives in the world-famous Museum of Legends and Antiquities in the heart of Edwardian London. When you live in a museum filled with cursed Egyptian artifacts, things can get weird and you just have to learn to roll with it. Theo, Henry, Will, and Safiya battle with ancient forces, dark magic, and comic chaos, all while trying to survive teenage life, get through school and save the world.

Page taps into her deep expertise and invests her own money to help the floundering flippers fix everything from blown budgets and mismanaged schedules to uninspired upgrades and lackluster design. Empowered by her impressive track record, Page steps in to fix flips so that everyone can make big profit.
