Tonight is the series premiere of The Julia Child Challenge on Food Network at 9/8c. Julia Child is a true icon who inspired generations of home cooks with her talent, enthusiasm and humor, and in this new series, eight top-notch home cooks compete in high-stakes culinary challenges to find out who has the fire, skill and passion to win the first-ever primetime competition series dedicated to all things Julia. The competitors, all Julia Child superfans, share personal stories about their hero, cook in a kitchen recreated in the likeness of where Julia herself cooked, using the same ingredients Julia used and are even guided by Julia herself, through a larger-than-life television screen right in the middle of all the action. Head judge Antonia Lofaso and a rotating panel of guest judges including Molly Baz, Cliff Crooks, and Brooke Williamson ultimately decide who wins the life-changing grand prize that literally follows in Julia’s footsteps: an all-expense paid three-month cooking course at Le Cordon Bleu.

Tonight is the series premiere of Caught in the Net on ID at 10/9c. What happens when the clues to a murder aren’t just physical, but digital? This new series presents gripping true stories of investigators entering the digital world to solve a brutal murder. In each case, detectives are up against a lack of physical clues. But every time anyone goes online, whether it’s chat rooms, cellphone apps, car GPS or fitness trackers, they leave a digital trail behind them. Now investigators must enter this virtual world and follow the data – as they race against time to secure justice for victims’ families and track down the killer.

Tonight is the series premiere of Secrets of the Chippendales Murders on A&E at 10/9c. The 4-part documentary series gives a look beyond the bright lights into a dark world of drugs, arson, a love triangle and a murder. Chippendales was a nightclub that aimed to allure and please women with its scantily clad male dancers and vivacious music, and quickly advanced toward a pop culture phenomenon, until it came crashing down. Through exclusive interviews, never-before-seen crime scene video and declassified FBI surveillance audio, the special unravels the hidden tale of how sex, jealousy, arson, hefty-bags filled with cash and mafia shakedowns all led up to one of the most outrageous murders in American history.

Overnight was the complete limited series premiere of Veleno: The Town of Lost Children on Sundance Now. In 1997 a peaceful provincial community is disrupted by a number of cases of pedophilia and satanism. The investigation leads to the discovery of an alleged sect led by a priest in the area. 16 children are removed from their families forever. 14 people, including parents and relatives, are imprisoned. 20 years later a journalistic investigation sheds doubt on the entire case.

Tonight is the series premiere of Fixer to Fabulous: Welcome Inn on HGTV at 9/8c. In the three years since the premiere of HGTV’s Fixer to Fabulous, we’ve learned husband-and-wife hosts Dave and Jenny Marrs can pretty much do it all. From updating run-down historic homes to raising five little ones, they’ve become a source of inspiration to many. Now, they’re taking on a whole new venture. Enter Fixer to Fabulous: Welcome Inn, a four-episode spinoff series. The premise? Dave and Jenny transform a historic home built in the 1880s into an inn where guests can come and stay. Of course, they brought HGTV and its viewers along for the ride.

Tonight is part 1 of the 2-part limited series premiere of Phoenix Rising on HBO at 9/8c. This is a two-part documentary follows actress and activist Evan Rachel Wood as she takes her experience as a survivor of domestic violence to pursue justice, heal generational wounds, and reclaim her story. Almost a decade after escaping a dangerous relationship, Wood co-authors and successfully lobbies for passage of The Phoenix Act, legislation that extends the statute of limitations for domestic violence cases in California. Wood courageously uses her own experience to bring visibility to the issue; ultimately, in solidarity with fellow survivors. On February 1st, 2021, Wood publicly named Brian Warner, aka Marilyn Manson, as her abuser, free from the burden of silence, even as the promise of justice remains ambiguous. To date, no charges have been filed against Warner, who denies abusing Wood or any other person. Using archival footage, intimate home videos, and candid testimony from Wood and other survivors, Phoenix Rising charts Wood’s journey from silent victim to vocal survivor and her rise to a domestic violence advocate. Connecting the dots between the progression of her relationship with Warner and phases of the clinical domestic violence cycle, Wood successfully lobbied for The Phoenix Act, which was signed into California State Law in 2019, extending the statute of limitations for domestic violence felonies from three years to five years. Phoenix Rising delves behind familiar headlines and explores the often-misunderstood aspects of domestic abuse, helping to shed light on the many factors that prevent survivors from coming forward with their stories as they deal with years of aftershocks and emotional trauma.

Tonight is the series premiere of
Street Outlaws: America’s List – After Hours on Discovery Channel at 9/8c. Overnight was the series premiere of Below Deck Down Under on Peacock, followed by 2 additional episodes. Set against the stunning backdrop of the tropical Whitsunday Islands and world-famous Great Barrier Reef in northeastern Australia, the original series explores the complex, often explosive dynamics of the crew and a rotating group of demanding charter guests on M/Y Thalassa. This season, Captain Jason Chambers is joined by a familiar face, fan-favorite Aesha Scott as Chief Stew, along with newcomers Chef Ryan McKeown and Bosun Jamie Sayed. Stews Tumi Mhlongo and Magda Ziomek are also on board with deckhands Culver Bradbury, Brittini Burton, and Ben Crawley. Setting the tone for the entire crew, the youthful, charming new captain has a hands-on leadership approach and will do whatever it takes to make sure the guests have an unforgettable vacation, including mesmerizing under-water excursions like scuba diving, snorkeling, and some close encounters with marine life. Though the dynamics on board are initially smooth sailing, a boatload of problems bubble up when the Chef immediately falls out of sync with the Chief Stew. The deck team also hits rocky waters when the Bosun’s firm management style is called into question by a free-spirited team member with an aversion to rules. Meanwhile on the interior, Chief Stew Aesha learns the hard way that not everyone on her team will be motivated by her friend-first work mentality. Between charters, the yachties blow off steam by taking full advantage of Australia’s world-renowned nightlife, where drama, surprising flirtations, and wild adventures heat up their well-deserved nights off.

Overnight was the series premiere of Minx on HBO, followed by the second episode of the season. Minx is set in 1970s Los Angeles and centers around Joyce (Ophelia Lovibond), an earnest young feminist who joins forces with a low-rent publisher (Jake Johnson) to create the first erotic magazine for women. Cast also includes Idara Victor, Jessica Lowe, Lennon Parham, Michael Angarano and Oscar Montoya.

Tonight is the complete first season premiere of Life & Beth on Hulu at 12:01AM/11:01PMc. Beth’s life would look pretty great on paper. Impressive to everyone she grew up with. She makes a good living as a wine distributor. She’s in a long term relationship with a successful guy and lives in Manhattan. When a sudden incident forces Beth to engage with her past her life changes forever. Through flashbacks to her teen self, Beth starts to learn how she became who she is and who she wants to become. We’ll go on her journey towards building a bigger, bolder and more authentic life. Learning to express herself and living in an intentional way. A trip down memory lane is a strong source of trauma, comedy and moving forward. Starring Amy Schumer, Laura Benanti, Michael Cera, Michael Rapaport, among others.

The limited series also stars Kyle Marvin, alongside America Ferrera and O-T Fagbenle. The series is inspired by actual events – and the love story at the center of it all. WeWork grew from a single coworking space into a global brand worth $47 billion in under a decade. Then, in less than a year, its value plummeted. What happened?

Tonight is the series premiere of Welcome to Flatch on Fox at 9:30/8:30c. Inspired by BBC Studios’ BAFTA-winning BBC format, “This Country,” Welcome to Flatch is a half-hour comedy written and executive-produced by Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner Jenny Bicks (Sex and the City, The Greatest Showman) and directed and executive-produced by DGA Award winner and Emmy Award nominee Paul Feig (The Office, Bridesmaids), who also wrote two episodes. When a documentary crew sets out to explore the lives of residents in a small American town – their dreams, their concerns – they stumble upon the midwestern town of Flatch, which is made up of many eccentric personalities. It’s a place you want to visit and maybe even stay. If there was a decent motel. Which there is not. The series stars newcomer Holmes, Sam Straley (The Kids Are Alright), Seann William Scott (Lethal Weapon, American Pie franchise), Aya Cash (The Boys, You’re The Worst), Taylor Ortega (Succession) and newcomers Krystal Smith and Justin Linville.
